Taylormade Renewables Limited has submitted its Annual Report for FY 2024-25 along with the notice for its 15th AGM. Standalone revenue from operations grew sharply to ₹7,107.28 lakhs from ₹4,690.16 lakhs in FY 2023-24, a jump of about 51%. Profit after tax rose to ₹1,222.99 lakhs from ₹1,060.94 lakhs. Key milestones during the year included migration to the BSE Main Board in October 2024, acquisition of a 51% stake in Taylormade Enviro Pvt Ltd (TEPL) making it a subsidiary, commissioning of the company's first Build-Own-Operate (BOO) Zero Liquid Discharge plant at Tarapur in Gujarat, and grant of a patent for its sugar manufacturing process. No dividend has been recommended, with profits being retained for reinvestment.
Strong revenue growth and a new BOO asset mean the company is transitioning from a project-based model to a recurring-revenue model, which is positive for long-term shareholders. No dividend in the near term, but management is reinvesting into expansion at Dahej, Sayakha and the TEPL subsidiary.
