Taylormade Renewables has informed BSE that the trading window for its securities will be closed from Wednesday July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the company declares unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This is a routine SEBI compliance requirement under the Insider Trading Regulations. Insiders including directors, employees and designated persons cannot trade in the shares during this period.
