TCFC Finance's board, meeting on 29 May 2025, approved the audited standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025. FY25 total income fell sharply to ₹283.64 lakhs (from ₹1,751.60 lakhs in FY24), mainly because fair value gains on investments swung to a negative ₹33.63 lakhs versus a positive ₹1,503.62 lakhs last year. Profit after tax for the year dropped to ₹121.69 lakhs (from ₹1,229.09 lakhs), with EPS at ₹1.16 versus ₹11.73. Q4 alone saw a loss after tax of ₹303.55 lakhs. Total assets stood at ₹11,341.36 lakhs, and the company paid dividends of ₹188.68 lakhs during the year. Statutory auditor Desai Saksena & Associates gave an unmodified opinion. Separately, the board appointed Aabid & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries, as the new Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30), pending shareholder approval at the next AGM.
The results show a steep year-on-year decline driven by investment fair-value swings rather than core operations, which may concern income-focused shareholders. The auditor change is a routine compliance matter and unlikely to affect the stock on its own.
