TCFC Finance's Board approved audited standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. The company posted a net loss of ₹303.55 lakhs in Q4 FY25 against a profit of ₹244.09 lakhs in Q4 FY24, mainly due to a sharp negative swing in fair value changes of investments (-₹416.63 lakhs vs +₹293.73 lakhs). For the full year FY25, profit after tax fell sharply to ₹121.69 lakhs from ₹1,229.09 lakhs in FY24, with EPS dropping to ₹1.16 from ₹11.73. Total income for FY25 stood at ₹283.64 lakhs versus ₹1,751.60 lakhs the prior year. The Board also appointed M/s Aabid & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26 to FY30), subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditors Desai Saksena & Associates issued an unmodified opinion on the results.
Sharp deterioration in profitability — nearly 90% drop in annual PAT and a quarterly loss — is negative for shareholders, driven primarily by mark-to-market losses on investments. However, the company paid out ₹188.68 lakhs in dividends during the year and remains debt-free with total equity of ₹10,902 lakhs, providing some cushion.
