The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.65 per equity share (face value Rs. 2) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Rao, Murthy & Associates was re-appointed for FY26, and Mr. Ramesh K N was named Head of Supply Chain effective July 1, 2025.
Strong FY25 performance with roughly 29% revenue growth and 24% profit growth signals healthy business momentum, while the modest dividend and promoter-MD continuity suggest stability. Shareholders can expect dividend payment within 30 days of the AGM if approved.
