TD Power Systems reported strong FY25 results with standalone revenue from operations rising about 28% YoY to Rs. 1,27,876.17 lakhs and profit after tax up roughly 47% to Rs. 17,457.51 lakhs; consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 1,26,539.62 lakhs with PAT of Rs. 15,371 lakhs. Standalone basic EPS for FY25 came in at Rs. 11.18 vs Rs. 7.58 the prior year. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.65 per share (face value Rs. 2), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Promoter and current Managing Director Nikhil Kumar was re-appointed for a fresh five-year term from January 17, 2026 to January 16, 2031. The board also appointed Ramesh K N as Head of Supply Chain effective July 1, 2025, and brought in Mr. Sudhir Vishnupant Hulyalkar as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30). The auditor's report carries an emphasis-of-matter note flagging a going concern uncertainty at an Indian subsidiary, which the company says is not material to the group.
Sharp earnings growth and continuity at the top with a promoter Managing Director should be viewed positively. The modest final dividend indicates management is prioritising reinvestment over payouts. The subsidiary going-concern note is a small watch-item but is described as immaterial to consolidated numbers.
