Subsidiary acquires 100% stake in new Japan-based company

Technocraft Industries' subsidiary Technosoft Engineering Projects Ltd has acquired 100% equity stake in Technosoft Integrated Solutions K.K., a newly incorporated company in Tokyo, Japan (incorporated Nov 7, 2025). Deal value is just Japanese Yen 50,000 (about Rs 30,000). The new entity will offer engineering, technology, design, software, IoT and digital solutions, similar to Technosoft Engineering's existing business. It has not started operations yet and turnover is nil. Purpose is to expand business in Japan. Not a related party transaction, done at arm's length.
Deal is tiny in size but signals a strategic push into the Japan market through a dedicated local entity for the engineering solutions business.
