Technocraft Industries has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements publishing its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, in compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations. On a consolidated basis, Q3 FY26 revenue from operations fell to ₹49,954.50 lakhs from ₹54,538.12 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a decline of about 8.4%, but net profit after tax rose to ₹5,335.95 lakhs (₹5,006.70 lakhs a year ago), with EPS at ₹23.54 versus ₹22.12. Standalone performance was stronger: revenue grew to ₹66,242.93 lakhs from ₹64,433.38 lakhs, and net profit after tax jumped to ₹5,382.86 lakhs from ₹4,143.62 lakhs, lifting standalone EPS to ₹23.46 from ₹18.03. For the nine-month period, standalone revenue rose to ₹204,727.61 lakhs and net profit to ₹21,533.99 lakhs, while consolidated revenue was nearly flat at ₹153,529.80 lakhs with net profit of ₹16,890.92 lakhs. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on February 11, 2026.
Mixed signal: consolidated top-line shrank year-on-year even as profitability improved, while the standalone business showed healthy growth in both revenue and profits. For shareholders, this is a routine regulatory disclosure and unlikely to move the stock on its own, but the margin expansion on the standalone side is a positive operating signal.
