Tecil Chemicals has informed the exchanges that the trading window for its securities will be closed from Wednesday, July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the board declares unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. During this period, promoters, directors, designated persons, their immediate relatives, and specified connected persons cannot trade in the company shares, as required under SEBI insider trading rules. The board meeting date to approve Q1 results will be announced later.
