The board of Tejnaksh Healthcare met on 14 August 2025 and approved unaudited quarterly results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025), along with the auditor's limited review report which carried no qualifications. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations fell to Rs 178.06 lakhs from Rs 240.43 lakhs a year earlier, while profit after tax dropped to Rs 33.73 lakhs from Rs 75.35 lakhs, a decline of about 55%. On a consolidated basis (including subsidiary Tej Vedaant Healthcare Pvt Ltd), revenue declined to Rs 263.97 lakhs from Rs 312.39 lakhs and profit after tax fell to Rs 21.27 lakhs from Rs 59.87 lakhs, a drop of roughly 64%. Standalone EPS came in at Rs 0.17 versus Rs 0.37, while consolidated EPS was Rs 0.12 versus Rs 0.29. Depreciation and amortisation rose sharply on both standalone (Rs 32.81 lakhs vs Rs 15.01 lakhs) and consolidated (Rs 35.67 lakhs vs Rs 22.80 lakhs) bases, suggesting fresh capacity or asset additions.
The sharp year-on-year fall in both revenue and profit at the standalone and consolidated levels is a negative signal and may weigh on the stock in the near term. The jump in depreciation hints at recent capacity expansion, which may support future growth but is currently dragging margins and bottom-line earnings.
