Intimation of Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company as per regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III of Listing regulations.

Telogica Ltd's board, at its meeting on March 20, 2026, appointed Mrs. Deesha Rohit Shroff (ICSI M. No: A38427) as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel with immediate effect. She holds B.Com, CS, and LLB qualifications with over a decade of experience in corporate secretarial practice, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Separately, the board appointed Ms. Priyanka Rajora (CP No. 22886), Proprietor of M/s Rajora and Co, Practicing Company Secretaries, Hyderabad, as the Secretarial Auditors of the company for a term up to the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Both appointments were made on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee respectively.
