Singapore's Temasek Holdings, through Macritchie Investments, plans to sell a 2.6 percent stake in PB Fintech, the parent of Policybazaar, for about Rs 1,909 crore (around $200 million) via a block deal on Friday. The transaction covers up to 11.9 million shares at a floor price of Rs 1,604 apiece, a 4.6 percent discount to the previous close of Rs 1,682.10, with Citigroup as the sole placement agent and a 60-day lock-up on Temasek's remaining 3.8 percent stake. The sale comes amid ongoing shareholder churn and follows PB Fintech's strong FY25 results, with consolidated Q4 revenue rising 37 percent year-on-year to Rs 2,061 crore and insurance premiums collected via the platform up 46 percent to Rs 9,217 crore.
