Tembo Global Industries reported a strong Q1 FY26 with consolidated revenue of INR 248 Crores, up 93.2% YoY from INR 128 Crores. EBITDA surged 237% YoY to INR 28.2 Crores with margins expanding 485 bps to 11.4%, driven by a 1,236 bps jump in Engineering segment EBIT margin to 24.9%. Profit after tax grew 252.6% YoY to INR 19 Crores. The company has a robust order book of INR 1,350 Crores as of June 30, 2025, with an L1 bidding pipeline of INR 2,000 Crores and additional bids of INR 800 Crores. Management guided FY26 revenue of INR 1,100 Crores and is expanding manufacturing capacity 6x to 90,000 MTPA by end of Q2 FY26 at the new Vasai facility. The Maldives jetty project is 90% complete with handover expected by end Q2 FY26, and the company has secured INR 471 Crore and INR 138 Crore loan approvals to fund growth.
Strong Q1 beat and robust order pipeline suggest positive momentum for the stock, though the sharp QoQ revenue dip of 9.4% and increased debt (from INR 50 Cr to INR 259 Cr) to fund expansion warrant monitoring of execution and working capital.
