TEXMACO INFRA has published newspaper notices in Financial Express and Aajkaal informing shareholders whose dividend remained unclaimed for seven consecutive years since FY 2018-19 that their equity shares will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund. Concerned shareholders must submit claims to the RTA KFin Technologies by 14th September 2026. Shares and unclaimed dividends for FY 2018-19 will be transferred to IEPF on or after 14th October 2026 without further notice. Original share certificates will stand cancelled and duplicate certificates will be issued.
Shareholders with unclaimed dividends since FY 2018-19 must act by 14 Sept 2026 or risk shares being moved to IEPF. No direct stock price impact expected.
