Texmaco Rail & Engineering's board met on May 16, 2025 and approved audited standalone and consolidated results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with auditors issuing an unmodified opinion. On a consolidated basis, FY25 revenue jumped about 46% YoY to Rs. 5,10,658 lakhs and net profit surged roughly 159% to Rs. 24,888 lakhs, while standalone revenue grew around 21% to Rs. 4,23,398 lakhs and net profit rose about 53% to Rs. 17,213 lakhs. However, Q4 standalone net profit slipped roughly 22% YoY to Rs. 3,642 lakhs on flat revenue, signalling some late-year softness. The board recommended a 75% dividend (Re. 0.75 per share) subject to shareholder approval, and re-appointed Saroj Kumar Poddar as Executive Director and Chairman for 5 years and A.K. Vijay as Executive Director for 1 year. It also appointed S.R. & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY26–FY30.
Strong full-year earnings and a healthy 75% dividend reward shareholders, though the weaker Q4 standalone print and ongoing portfolio reshuffling (acquisition of Texmaco West Rail, exit from defence, transfer of Infra-Rail & Green Energy division) may keep the stock range-bound near term.
