Texmo Pipes and Products has reported its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose modestly to Rs. 38.14 crore from Rs. 37.28 crore a year ago, while the company narrowed its net loss sharply to just Rs. 0.03 crore from Rs. 1.75 crore in Q1 FY25, primarily because there were no exceptional items this quarter versus Rs. 1.21 crore charge last year. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to Rs. 46.19 crore from Rs. 42.82 crore, and the company swung to a small profit of Rs. 0.01 crore from a loss of Rs. 1.84 crore. The auditor (M/s Anil Kamal Garg & Company) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. The board also fixed September 26, 2025 for the 17th AGM via video conferencing and re-appointed Mr. Vijay Prasad Pappu as Whole-Time Director.
The turnaround from a loss to near-breakeven/positive earnings is encouraging but largely driven by the absence of last year's exceptional charge rather than a strong operational improvement. Standalone PAT remains marginally negative, so the margin of safety is thin and shareholders should watch for sustained revenue growth and positive earnings in coming quarters.
