Thakkers Developers filed its Q1 FY26 (April–June 2025) results. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations was Rs 258.53 lakhs (vs Rs 252.34 lakhs in Q1 FY25, about 2% growth), but the company reported a net loss of Rs 17.28 lakhs, though narrower than the Rs 47.30 lakh loss a year ago. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations surged to Rs 898.65 lakhs from Rs 409.33 lakhs (over 2x YoY), and the company swung to a net profit of Rs 144.45 lakhs compared to a Rs 33.24 lakh loss in Q1 FY25. The improvement was driven by five wholly-owned subsidiaries which together contributed Rs 640.21 lakhs in revenue and Rs 161.73 lakhs in profit. Total consolidated income was Rs 983.40 lakhs versus Rs 492.01 lakhs. Statutory auditors (Karwa Malani Kalantri & Associates) issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion on both sets of results. No investor complaints were received during the quarter, and previous period figures have been recast/restated where necessary.
Strong consolidated turnaround with profits returning after a year-ago loss, supported by subsidiary contribution and over 100% revenue growth — a positive signal for shareholders. However, the standalone entity remains in the red, indicating the parent-level real estate business is still struggling on its own.
