The Board of Directors of AVI Polymers Ltd, at a meeting held on February 13, 2026, approved the Letter of Offer for a Rights Issue to be filed with BSE. Along with the Letter of Offer, the Board also approved the Abridged Letter of Offer (ALOF), Rights Entitlement Letter (REL), and Common Application Form (CAF). BSE will serve as the designated stock exchange for the Rights Issue. The Company has coordinated with NSDL and CDSL to ensure that Rights Entitlements are credited in dematerialized form to the demat accounts of eligible equity shareholders on the Record Date.
