Wisec Global Ltd's board, at a meeting on May 6, 2025, approved changing the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent from Alankit Assignments Limited to Skyline Financial Services Private Limited. The company cited Skyline's experienced workforce, advanced electronic infrastructure, and ability to efficiently handle shareholder queries and grievances as reasons for the switch. Until the database is fully transferred and tripartite agreements are signed, Alankit Assignments will continue to provide RTA services to ensure no disruption.
