Virgo Polymers India Ltd reported standalone annual audited results for FY26 ended March 31, 2026. Revenue from operations declined to ₹15,365.9 lakh from ₹18,182.7 lakh in FY25, a drop of about 15.5%. Net profit after tax remained flat at ₹231.9 lakh with EPS of ₹6.8 per share (unchanged YoY). Profit before tax fell sharply to ₹44.3 lakh from ₹270.3 lakh, indicating significantly compressed profitability. The company generated positive operating cash flow of ₹5,081.76 lakh compared to negative ₹1,905.76 lakh in the prior year, a strong turnaround. Total assets halved from ₹11,818 lakh to ₹6,200 lakh. The Board also appointed Mr. Jayasankar O as CFO, replacing Mrs. Bhavani who resigned on May 13, 2026. Statutory auditors Venkat & Rangaa LLP issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
Revenue decline of ~15.5% and sharply lower PBT (down ~84% YoY) signal operational stress, though strong positive operating cash flow and flat PAT provide some comfort. The unmodified auditor opinion removes audit concern. Shareholders should monitor the company's ability to arrest revenue decline and restore margins in FY27.
