The Board of Directors of the Company has re-constituted the Committees of the Company with effect from June, 06, 2026, as per the attached letter.

RRP Defense Ltd (formerly Euro Asia Exports Limited) held a board meeting on June 6, 2026 and approved two key items. First, Ms. Priyanka K. Marvania (DIN: 11676606) was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. She is a qualified Company Secretary with over seven years of experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and SEBI/stock exchange matters. Second, the board reconstituted three committees — the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee — to reflect the new board composition. All three committees are now led entirely by Independent Directors, with Mr. Amit Kirti Nagda chairing the Audit Committee, Ms. Riddhita Ramnaresh Agrawal chairing the NRC, and Ms. Marvania chairing the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. The meeting lasted only 15 minutes (4:30 PM to 4:45 PM).
