Samvardhana Motherson International submitted copies of newspaper publications dated May 30, 2025 to BSE and NSE, sharing its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 FY25 and the full year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations grew to ₹29,316.83 crore in Q4 FY25 from ₹27,058.22 crore in Q4 FY24, while full-year FY25 revenue rose to ₹1,13,662.57 crore from ₹98,691.74 crore in FY24, an increase of about 15%. Consolidated net profit attributable to owners for FY25 came in at ₹4,145.70 crore versus ₹3,019.57 crore in FY24, with consolidated EPS of ₹5.50 versus ₹4.01. On a standalone basis, FY25 PAT rose sharply to ₹1,576.96 crore from ₹943.88 crore, with EPS of ₹2.28 versus ₹1.39.
Strong full-year results, with consolidated revenue growing around 15% and consolidated PAT up roughly 37% year-on-year, suggest healthy business momentum. However, this filing is a routine regulatory disclosure of the already-published audited numbers and is unlikely to trigger a fresh stock reaction.
