The Company in its AGM held today has approved the appointment of M/s TDK & Co. as Statutory Auditor for a consecutive term of 5 years.

RRP Defense Ltd held its 44th AGM on 29th September 2025 via video conferencing, with 18 members in attendance. Shareholders approved the appointment of M/s TDK & Company, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 109804W) as statutory auditors for a 5-year term, and M/s Amit Saxena & Associates as secretarial auditors for 5 years. The meeting also approved increasing the company's borrowing powers under Section 180(1)(C) up to INR 1,000 crore and raising the threshold for loans, guarantees, and investments under Section 186. Director Mr. Venkateswara Gowtama Mannava, retiring by rotation, was reappointed. All directors attended except Mr. Raunaq Rajendra Chodankar.
