The Exchange has received the disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 for Gopal Bhatter & Gopal Bhatter HUF

Gopal Bhatter along with Gopal Bhatter HUF (acting as Persons Acting in Concert) acquired 10,32,591 equity shares (31.30%) of Oscar Global Limited on 30th March 2026 through an off-market transaction under a Share Purchase Agreement and Open Offer. This is pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated September 30, 2025, which brings them into the promoter group. The acquisition happened in two tranches: 8,26,500 shares and 2,06,091 shares, both acquired by Gopal Bhatter HUF. Post-acquisition, their total holding in the company rose from 4,14,112 shares (12.54%) to 14,46,703 shares (43.84%), making them the largest shareholder. The total share capital of the company remains 33,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
