The Exchange has received the disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 for Srawan Kumar Jajodia

Lynx Machinery & Commercials Ltd filed a Regulation 29(2) SAST disclosure for an off-market inter-se transfer between two promoters. Mr. Harish Kumar Jajodia transferred 7,500 equity shares (0.73% of capital) to Mr. Srawan Kumar Jajodia, also a promoter, on 10 February 2026. Post-transfer, Mr. Srawan Kumar Jajodia's holding rose from 21,969 shares (2.14%) to 29,469 shares (2.87%). The total equity share capital of the company remained unchanged at Rs. 1,02,55,320 (10,25,532 shares of Rs. 10 each). Since both parties are promoters, the aggregate promoter group holding in the company stays the same — this is purely an internal reshuffle within the promoter family.
