SMCV Management Services Pvt Ltd, along with Persons Acting in Concert, has been allotted 99,98,879 equity shares (20.82% of the post-issue capital) of Bijoy Hans Ltd through a preferential allotment on March 4, 2026. As a result, SMCV has become part of the promoter/promoter group of the company. The total share capital of Bijoy Hans expanded sharply from Rs. 7.50 crore (75 lakh shares) to Rs. 48.02 crore (4.80 crore shares). Due to this massive dilution, the existing promoter group's holding percentage dropped from 62.73% to 30.62%, even though their absolute share count increased from 47,04,800 to 1,47,03,679 shares.
