The Great Eastern Shipping Company has filed a routine compliance certificate with BSE and NSE under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI Depositories Regulations 2018, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Its Registrar and Transfer Agent KFin Technologies confirmed that details of shares dematerialised during the quarter have been sent to the stock exchanges. All share certificates received for demat were mutilated and cancelled, and depository names were updated in the register within 15 days. No rematerialisation requests were received in the quarter.
