The Grob Tea Company has fixed 12th August 2025 as the date for its Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held at 2:00 PM via video conference from its Kolkata registered office. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from 6th August to 12th August 2025 (both days inclusive). The company has recommended a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share on the face value of ₹10 for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
