IHCL (Tata Group's hospitality arm) has published its reviewed financial results for Q3 FY26 and the nine months ended December 31, 2025 in Financial Express and Loksatta, as required under SEBI listing rules. On a standalone basis, total income for Q3 rose to ₹1,61,384 lakhs from ₹1,47,361 lakhs a year ago, a growth of about 9.5%. Standalone net profit after tax jumped to ₹92,060 lakhs (₹6.47 per share) from ₹46,877 lakhs (₹3.30 per share) last year, nearly doubling largely due to exceptional items. On a consolidated basis, Q3 revenue grew to ₹2,84,196 lakhs (vs ₹2,53,305 lakhs) and net profit rose to ₹95,424 lakhs (₹6.35 per share) from ₹63,253 lakhs. For the nine-month period, consolidated revenue rose to ₹6,92,393 lakhs and net profit to ₹1,60,182 lakhs (₹10.43 per share).
Strong double-digit profit growth on a consolidated basis and a sharp jump in standalone earnings, helped by exceptional items, are likely to be viewed positively by investors and may support sentiment around the stock. The results have already been approved by the Board on February 12, 2026.
