Shri Sajeev B, who held additional charge as Managing Director of Hindustan Fluorocarbons Ltd (HFL), has superannuated (retired) from the services of HOCL, the holding company, effective 31st May 2025 (afternoon). As a result, he stands relieved from his MD role at HFL. The Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers has immediately appointed Shri Yogendra Prasad Shukla, Director (Finance) of HOCL, to take additional charge as MD of HFL for a period of three months or until further orders. This ensures continuity in leadership with no gap at the top.
Shareholders should note a smooth, government-orchestrated transition with no vacancy in the MD role. The 3-month interim arrangement may lead to a permanent appointment later, but near-term operations and strategic direction are unlikely to be disrupted.
