The Ramco Cements has informed the exchanges that the trading window for dealing in its shares will be closed for directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from 1 July 2026 until 2 trading days after the Board meeting that will declare the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending 30 June 2026.
