The Ugar Sugar Works Limited has announced the book closure period from Monday, 21st July 2025 to Tuesday, 5th August 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of e-voting and participation at its 85th Annual General Meeting. The company has set Friday, 4th July 2025 as the cut-off date for sending AGM notices via email, and Tuesday, 29th July 2025 as the cut-off date to determine which shareholders are eligible to vote through e-voting. The 85th AGM is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 5th August 2025 in a virtual (online) mode.
