The Yamuna Syndicate Ltd has informed BSE that it sent letters dated August 14, 2025 to shareholders holding shares in physical form whose KYC details (PAN, nomination, bank account, mobile, email, signature) are not updated. As per SEBI circulars dated March 16, 2023 and November 17, 2023, such shareholders are not eligible to receive payments electronically, and their final dividend for FY2024-25 has been withheld. The dividend of Rs. 500 per share was declared at the AGM on August 4, 2025 with a record date of July 28, 2025 and a scheduled payment date of August 12, 2025. Affected shareholders have been asked to submit prescribed KYC forms (ISR-1, ISR-2, ISR-3, SH-13) to the company's registrar Alankit Assignments Ltd, after which the withheld dividend will be released.
This is a routine SEBI compliance communication and is unlikely to affect the stock price. Physical shareholders who have not updated their KYC will not receive their FY2024-25 dividend until they complete the KYC process; investors holding shares in demat form are not affected.
