Thejo Engineering's Allotment Committee approved the issuance of 25 equity shares to an eligible employee under the company's ESOP 2015 scheme on 8th August 2025. The shares were allotted at an exercise price of Rs. 671.75 per share (face value Rs. 10 plus a premium of Rs. 661.75), and the full amount has been paid by the allottee. As a result, the total paid-up equity capital has risen marginally from Rs. 10,84,63,540 to Rs. 10,84,63,790, with total shares increasing from 1,08,46,354 to 1,08,46,379. The new shares are identical to existing equity shares and have no lock-in restrictions. No additional listing fees are payable since the company's paid-up capital remains within the lower slab.
This is a routine, very small-scale ESOP allotment with negligible dilution (just 25 shares out of over 1.08 crore). It has no meaningful impact on shareholding structure or stock price and is simply a regulatory disclosure of employee stock options being exercised.
