Thirani Projects reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs 26.04 lakhs, up about 25% YoY from Rs 20.86 lakhs. Net profit for the quarter was Rs 16.26 lakhs, up roughly 30% YoY from Rs 12.49 lakhs. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue grew about 21% to Rs 74.14 lakhs (from Rs 61.15 lakhs), while profit after tax jumped nearly 76% to Rs 40.96 lakhs (from Rs 23.30 lakhs). Total expenses fell sharply to Rs 9.78 lakhs in Q3 from Rs 18.17 lakhs in the previous quarter, reflecting lower finance and other costs. EPS for 9M stood at Rs 0.20 vs Rs 0.12 a year earlier. The statutory auditor issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications, and no investor complaints were pending.
Sharp YoY jump in both revenue and profit indicates improving operating performance, though absolute numbers remain very small for a listed entity. The clean audit report and absence of pending investor complaints are positive governance signals; near-term stock impact is likely modest given the company's tiny scale.
