Thirani Projects Ltd reported revenue from operations of ₹101.73 lakhs for FY26, up 19.3% from ₹85.24 lakhs in FY25. Profit before tax grew 60.5% to ₹65.80 lakhs (vs ₹41.01 lakhs). However, profit after tax for the full year declined to ₹51.42 lakhs from ₹47.20 lakhs in the prior year, partly due to a deferred tax adjustment of ₹18.60 lakhs in Q4. The company also posted negative operating cash outflows of ₹18.41 lakhs for the year. Other equity remains negative at -₹733.44 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. No dividend was declared for FY26. The board also approved appointment of a new internal auditor and noted the resignation of the Company Secretary.
Revenue showed healthy growth, but the PAT decline despite higher PBT, negative operating cashflows, and negative retained earnings are concerns. The clean audit opinion is a positive signal.
