Cigniti Technologies is updating investors on the switch of its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent from Aarthi Consultants Private Limited to MUFG Intime India Private Limited. The appointment of MUFG Intime was first announced on July 23, 2025, and was originally planned to take effect in November 2025. As the transition is still in progress, Aarthi Consultants will continue to handle RTA services until the database and electronic connectivity are fully migrated and confirmed by both depositories. The company will inform exchanges about the revised effective date once the shift is complete.
