Indiabulls Enterprises Limited has informed the exchanges that its 7th Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 2:30 PM via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Annual Report for FY 2024-25, including standalone and consolidated audited financial statements along with Board's and Auditors' Reports, will be sent electronically to shareholders. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Wednesday, September 17, 2025 to Tuesday, September 23, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM. The cut-off date for determining members eligible to vote is Tuesday, September 16, 2025, and the e-voting window will run from September 17, 2025 to September 22, 2025. The Company has also recommended to shareholders the appointment of M/s. Sukesh & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries, Gurgaon, as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term covering FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30.
