Thyrocare Technologies announced its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results with standalone revenue from operations rising to Rs. 178.89 crores from Rs. 143.63 crores in Q1 FY25, and profit after tax growing to Rs. 36.05 crores versus Rs. 25.15 crores a year ago. Consolidated revenue came in at Rs. 193.03 crores with a net profit of Rs. 38.29 crores. The board approved a CFO transition: Mr. Alok Kumar Jagnani stepped down as CFO to take up the role of Group CFO at parent API Holdings, while remaining on the Thyrocare board as a Non-Executive Director. Mr. Vikram Gupta, a Chartered Accountant with prior experience at Rebel Foods, Tata Play Fiber and Vodafone Idea, was appointed as the new CFO effective July 24, 2025. Additionally, Non-Executive Director Mr. Hardik Kishor Dedhia resigned citing pre-occupation and other commitments.
Strong year-on-year earnings growth with PAT up roughly 43% on standalone basis signals healthy operating momentum, which is positive for shareholders. The CFO change is largely an internal group-level elevation rather than a disruption, with the outgoing CFO retaining board oversight, so continuity should be maintained. The director resignation is routine and unlikely to materially affect operations.
