Thyrocare Technologies has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements publishing its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, as required under SEBI LODR Regulations 30 and 47. The results, reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board on July 23, 2025, appeared in Navshakti (Marathi) and Business Standard (English). On a consolidated basis, total income from operations rose to ₹193.03 Cr from ₹156.91 Cr in Q1 FY25, a year-on-year increase of about 23%. Net profit after tax jumped to ₹38.29 Cr from ₹23.94 Cr, roughly 60% higher than the same quarter last year, while consolidated EPS (basic) climbed to ₹7.35 from ₹4.51. On a standalone basis, revenue grew to ₹178.89 Cr (up ~25% YoY) and net profit after tax reached ₹36.05 Cr (up ~43% YoY), with EPS at ₹6.80.
This is a routine regulatory disclosure confirming results already filed with the exchanges, not new information. However, the strong YoY growth in both revenue and profit reflects solid operational momentum and may be viewed positively by shareholders looking at the underlying earnings performance.
