Tiger Logistics reported strong revenue growth of 42% YoY in Q4 FY26 to ₹16,255 lakhs, with full-year FY26 revenue at ₹57,282 lakhs (up 6.8%). However, profitability contracted sharply - Q4 EBITDA margin collapsed to just 1.0% versus 6.3% in Q4 FY25, while FY26 EBITDA margin fell to 4.6% from 5.8% in FY25. The company attributed this to elevated operating costs and prevailing market conditions. Volume growth was robust with TEU volume up 40.8% YoY in Q4. Management flagged focus on margin improvement, operational efficiency, and digital transformation (FreightJar, TiGreen, Cubox platforms) to drive sustainable growth.
The sharp margin compression despite strong revenue growth is a significant concern for shareholders. While top-line performance is impressive, the collapse in Q4 margins to 1% EBITDA signals cost pressures that need monitoring. The company appears to be in an investment phase, but near-term profitability remains weak.
