Tiger Logistics has filed the transcript of its Q3 & 9M FY26 earnings call held on February 20, 2026. The MD, Mr. Harpreet Singh Malhotra, highlighted that business volumes grew 9% quarter-on-quarter and about 52% year-on-year, even as revenue saw a small dip because the company operates on a cost-plus model and global freight rates hit multi-year lows during the quarter. The TiGreen vertical (solar and renewable energy logistics) is now contributing over 40% of total revenue and is the main growth engine, while the CUBOX (LCL) business has completed a year and broken even. Management is bullish on the next two quarters, citing expected large CAPEX by solar companies. The hydrogen-related MOU with Russia is still in exploratory mode with no major investment planned.
Strong volume growth despite weak freight rates is a positive structural sign, and rising share of higher-value solar logistics could support margin expansion as freight normalises. Investors may view the call as constructive on growth momentum, though near-term revenue will remain sensitive to global freight rate cycles.
