Tiger Logistics reported strong revenue growth in Q4 FY26 with revenue up 42% YoY to ₹16,255 lakhs, driven by freight forwarding and logistics operations. Full year FY26 revenue grew 6.8% to ₹57,282 lakhs. However, profitability collapsed significantly - Q4 EBITDA margin dropped to just 1.0% vs 6.3% a year ago, and PAT margin fell to 1.4% from 5.6% YoY. For FY26, EBITDA margin declined to 4.6% (from 5.8%) and PAT margin to 3.8% (from 5.0%). Management attributed the margin compression to elevated operating costs and prevailing market conditions. TEU volumes grew 34.5% YoY to 25,591 in Q4, with yearly volumes up 34.6% to 92,614 TEUs. The company highlighted its digital platforms FreightJar, TiGreen (renewable energy logistics), and Cubox as growth drivers.
The sharp margin deterioration despite strong revenue growth signals operational challenges and cost pressures that concern investors. The Q4 EBITDA margin of just 1.0% is a significant red flag for profitability-focused investors, though management's stated focus on margin improvement initiatives may provide future upside if successful.
