Tilaknagar Industries reported strong Q4 FY26 results with 8 million cases sold (135% YoY growth) and INR 949 crore revenue. For FY26, total volume reached 20 million cases with INR 2,346 crore revenue and 68% YoY growth. Mansion House Brandy achieved a record 10 million cases milestone, cementing its position as India's largest P&A brandy. The Imperial Blue acquisition (completed Nov-25) contributed significantly, with 75% of IB volumes now under TI operations. EBITDA stood at INR 352 crore (15.5% margin) and PAT at INR 232 crore (9.7% margin). The Board recommended dividend of Re. 1 per share. Gross debt increased significantly to INR 2,295 crore (from INR 42 crore) due to the IB acquisition.
The company has provided clear 3-year targets including 16-18% EBITDA margin on combined business and reducing Net Debt/EBITDA below 1.0x. While the stock faces near-term margin pressure from input costs and integration expenses, the strong volume growth trajectory and cost synergy targets (250-400 bps margin expansion from acquired business) suggest a positive medium-term outlook for shareholders.
