Time Technoplast has published its audited financial results for Q4 and full year FY2026 in major newspapers (Free Press Journal, Navshakti, Gujarat Mitra) as required under SEBI regulations. Standalone revenue for the year stood at Rs 2,880.42 crore (vs Rs 2,662.67 crore in FY25), while consolidated revenue reached Rs 6,105.20 crore (vs Rs 5,457.04 crore). Standalone net profit grew to Rs 218.07 crore from Rs 174.33 crore, a 25% increase year-on-year. Consolidated net profit improved to Rs 462.66 crore from Rs 387.94 crore.
