Time Technoplast's board approved its Q1 FY26 results, with consolidated revenue rising about 10% year-on-year to ₹1,35,265 lakhs and net profit up roughly 20% to ₹9,655 lakhs (EPS of ₹4.19 vs ₹3.49). Standalone revenue was ₹64,246 lakhs with a net profit of ₹4,483 lakhs. The board approved a 1:1 bonus share issue, effectively doubling the share count from about 22.69 crore to 45.39 crore equity shares, funded from the securities premium account. The authorised share capital will be raised from ₹52.5 crore to ₹100 crore to accommodate this. Promoter-cofounders Raghupathy Thyagarajan and Naveen Kumar Jain were re-appointed as Whole Time Directors for five years, while Sanjeev Sharma was re-appointed for three years. The 35th AGM is scheduled for September 11, 2025, with book closure from September 5 to 11, and a dividend is also on the cards.
The 1:1 bonus issue is a positive signal for retail shareholders, increasing liquidity and making the stock more affordable, though it dilutes EPS on a per-share basis. Strong Q1 profit growth of 20% YoY and stable margins suggest healthy operational performance, while the continuation of promoter leadership provides continuity.
