Appointment of Additional Executive Director designated as Whole Time Director of the Company

Times Green Energy (India) Ltd has appointed Mr. Chandaka Janardhanrao (DIN: 07959789) as an Additional Executive Director designated as Whole Time Director, effective August 25, 2025. The appointment was made by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is for a term of one year, subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting. Mr. Janardhanrao brings experience as a management consultant across different companies and is also a Designated Partner at Anubhoothi Jewellers LLP.
