Timex Group India has announced that its 38th Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 4:00 PM IST through video conferencing or other audio-visual means, without physical presence of members. The annual report for FY 2025-26 along with the AGM notice will be sent only electronically to shareholders who have registered their email addresses with their depository participants or registrar Alankit Assignments. E-voting facility through NSDL will be available before and during the meeting. Shareholders without registered emails are advised to update them with their DP or RTA.
