Timex Group India reported its highest ever annual revenue of Rs. 80,063 lakhs in FY2025-26, growing 48% YoY. Q4 revenue was Rs. 23,583 lakhs with 73% YoY growth. EBITDA more than doubled to Rs. 11,614 lakhs annually (134% growth) and Rs. 4,100 lakhs in Q4 (172% growth). EBITDA margin expanded significantly from 9.2% to 14.5% annually and from 11.1% to 17.4% in Q4. The company launched a new premium watch franchise called Timex Signio for men. Promoter holding dropped sharply from 74.93% to 51% during the year, while public shareholding increased from 25% to 47%. Market capitalization reached Rs. 2,47,328 lakhs with a 5-year CAGR of 44%.
The company delivered exceptional growth with strong margin expansion, indicating operational leverage. The significant reduction in promoter stake from ~75% to 51% is a notable shareholder structure change that investors should monitor. The stock significantly outperformed the BSE Small Cap index in early 2026.
