Timex Group India reported strong Q3 FY26 results with total income of Rs. 15,151 lakhs, up 26% YoY, and nine-month income up 40% to Rs. 56,480 lakhs. EBITDA before exceptional items more than doubled to Rs. 1,028 lakhs in Q3 (2.23x growth) with margin expanding from 3.8% to 6.8%. Nine-month EBITDA grew to Rs. 7,514 lakhs with margin improving from 8.6% to 13.3%. Growth was driven by Timex and Versace brands and the E-Commerce channel. The company launched new premium lines including the Swiss-made Timex Atelier collection and Aston Martin watches in India, plus collaborations with MM6 Maison Margiela and a new Timex Smart Halo smartwatch.
Strong revenue and margin expansion signals improving business momentum and brand premiumisation strategy. A one-time exceptional charge of Rs. 321 lakhs from new Labour Codes affected reported Q3 PBT (Rs. 480 lakhs), but core operating performance remains robust and shareholders should focus on underlying growth.
